Every matter, from the first call to the last invoice.

LawOS runs the whole firm in one system — intake, deadlines, documents, correspondence, government forms and billing — with nine AI agents working the file and an attorney approving every action.

Day 0

A client fills in one form. The matter opens itself.

Intake is built per practice area, so an immigration client is asked immigration questions. What they answer becomes the client record, the matter, and the first entry in the file — and every government form they ever touch inherits it.

Atlas reads the intake, names the practice area, checks 312 existing matters for conflicts, and proposes who should own it. The recommendation waits for an attorney. Nothing is assigned, filed or sent without one.

A deadline arrives buried on page four of a notice.

Mail reaches the firm, the Notice agent reads it, and Docket finds the date and the rule it comes from. It lands on the calendar as a proposal with the citation attached. This is the moment the software has to earn its place.

Response to Request for Evidence
Due 18 Oct · 30 days from receipt · 8 CFR § 103.2(b)(8)
Any time after

Ask the firm a question and get the documents back with the answer.

Retrieval runs across this matter and every matter the firm has closed. Each claim names the file it came from, so an associate can check it in the time it takes to open the PDF.
Ask across the firm
Does the 2019 entry bar adjustment of status?

Not on this record. The I-94 shows an inspected admission on 14 May 2019, and the client’s declaration is consistent with it. The firm handled the same posture in 2022 and adjusted under 245(a) without a waiver. The open question is the overstay, not the entry.

Privileged work, and what we do to deserve it.

Scoped in code, not by convention

Every query is filtered by a firm id read from the signed-in user’s own record — never from a URL or a token. A record in another firm returns not found, so nothing leaks by existence.

Every action attributable

Actor, field-level changes and IP, including who was impersonating whom, exportable, beside an immutable snapshot archive.

Agents wait for a person

Anything client-facing, or anything that reads as legal advice, is held for a human before it can be approved.

What we don’t hold

SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are not yet held. We would rather say so than let a page of badges imply otherwise.

How it is enforced

Bring a redacted file. We will run it through.

Thirty minutes, on a call, with your own matter rather than a demo account.
